Piotr: What brought you to coaching?

Marina: I was in a delicate transition. I had relocated to Germany, faced a long winter of adapting, and then became unemployed. I felt insecure and overwhelmed by what looked like an impossible market.

Piotr: What did you feel stuck in?

Marina: Urgency. I was blinded by the pressure to find work and beaten down by rejections. I could not see my strengths clearly anymore.
