I’m Piotr. I support new managers in Tech, Design, and Marketing. After nearly a decade as a Creative in Tech, I climbed the career ladder rapidly—and it was quite the journey.
I became a manager early in my career and struggled to navigate this new role and its responsibilities.
Even with a great, supportive manager in place, my first management position left me yearning for someone to talk to and bounce ideas off of—someone who could help me feel more confident about tackling daily challenges.
Thankfully I found that person, and I thrived in the role.
Now, I’m that person to others.
Before going full-time with my coaching & mentoring practice I was Design Manager. With 8 years of experience in Digital Product Design and 3 years in Leadership roles I’ve build a proven track record of scaling design teams across Growth, Design Systems, and Commercial Platform.
I’ve gained my leadership experience at Berlin’s leading startups Taxfix & Contentful.

I’ve led over 60 leaders and senior professionals through my coaching programs.
I’ve also facilitated group coaching sessions during Hatch Conference and per request of leading Berlin startups.
I’m accredited by EMCC at a Senior Practitioner level and I hold a Level 2 ICF-accredited diploma in Transformative Coaching at Animas Centre for Coaching.
I’ve further trained myself in Jungian Coaching with Jung Platform and have completed PQ training with Positive Intelligence.
