Cześć, I'm Piotr!

I’m a Polish expat currently living in Berlin. Coaching creative leaders is a culmination of all experiences in my career path so far.

I’m constantly developing my skills and updating my knowledge in fields related to my profession. I’m lively interested in Jungian Psychology and psychodynamic theory.

Working ethically is very important to me, as I strive to adhere to International Coaching Federation’s and European Mentoring and Coaching Council high standards and take my work into regular supervision.

I’m a Leadership & Career Coach

I’ve trained at renowned Animas Centre for Coaching and hold a Level 2 ICF-accredited diploma in Transformative Coaching. I’m also accredited by EMCC at a Senior Practitioner level.

I’ve further trained myself in Jungian Coaching with Jung Platform and have completed PQ training with Positive Intelligence.

I’ve partnered up with Fired Up Space to provide free AVGS job coaching for unemployed people in Germany.

I mentor designers

I’ve been mentoring designers on all levels: from career changers and bootcamp graduates through middle and senior level, all the way to lead & principal. I’ve worked with over 50 individuals and helped them to reach their career goals.

I’m working with Employed World providing career coaching & design mentoring to early stage designers in need of support.

I’ve led Design teams

My career pinnacle was a move into Design Leadership. After showcasing continuous success with people-heavy tasks incl. hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring, I was promoted to Design Manager.

I’ve led teams of various sizes within Growth, Internal Services, New Product Lines, and Design System domains at successful international tech startups: Contentful & Taxfix.

In UX since 2017

I’ve entered UX industry in while Figma was still in beta! I’ve since then created wireframes, prototypes, and flowcharts for countless of ideas, attempting to find a sweet spot between user needs, business requirements, and technical possibilities.

In order to talk the talk now, I’ve walked the walk before. I’ve contributed to success of numerous companies in Poland and Germany incl. ITTI, Recruitee (now Tellent), Signavio (now SAP Signavio), Contentful, and Taxfix.

While not working…

I spend the time aside from work with my wife and daughter exploring Berlin and traveling the world at large. I also have a set of rather peculiar hobbies: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, collecting vinyl records, brewing my own coffee, attending Heavy Metal concerts, and enjoying comic books & RPG games.
