Piotr: Michał, what were you hoping to achieve when we started working together?
Michał: I wanted to level up as a leader in ways that were both practical and immediately impactful. We focused on refining my leadership toolkit, aligning my team’s growth with company goals, and strengthening how I communicate. I needed something I could apply right away — not theory.

Michał: I tackled real team challenges. Removing bottlenecks that were slowing my team down, building partnerships across the organization, and helping the team navigate changes, such as introducing a new career ladder. These weren’t small things, and I needed practical ways to address them.

Michał: We focused on small but strategic shifts. These weren’t abstract ideas; they translated directly into action. Everything we worked on had immediate impact on how I led and how my team performed.

Michał: Better decision-making. Stronger collaboration. My leadership became more confident and effective. I walked away sharper and more focused than before.
Piotr: What would you say to someone on the fence about working with me?
Michał: If you’re on the fence, just do it. Seriously. You’ll walk away a better version of the leader you already are.
